In keeping with the Government's focus on the importance of human capital to the success of any institution, the Ministry of Education, Youth, and Culture, during the financial year 1995/96, established a division that would bring together those areas which would impact on people’s welfare within the institution. This division, Human Resource Management and Administration Division, comprises:
